In some situations it might not be updated automatically due to
timestamp resolution on filesystem is 1 sec.

New version of Xen (4.2) doesn't require udev, so update the
script to reflect those changes. Also, only include a module
in /etc/modules if we can load it successfully.

We want include files and dirs that have changed permissions.

xargs will execute the command twice if the buffer becomes long enough.
This will break tar.

Handle case when user enters vlan on top of bond (i.e bond0.8)

In this case we first set up the bond interface with default address
to "none" and then afterwards we set up the vlan interface.
