Content of this package has been moved into main/nginx some time ago
and main/nginx replaces=nginx-initscripts.

Reorder arguments passed to addgroup/adduser in scripts.

Now all invocations have following order of arguments (if present):

    addgroup -S -g ... GROUP
    adduser -S -u ... -D -H -h ... -s ... -G ... -g ... USER

Add -g option (GECOS/comment) to adduser in scripts.

This way we can avoid ugly default:

    Linux user,,,

Reorder options passed to addgroup in scripts: make -S first.
