testing/rsyslog: remove since we have it in main already

This was moved to main with commit 0ad18dd (main/rsyslog: moved from
testing, 2012-05-30) but re-appeared in testing with commit 5f32b2b2
(testing/rsyslog: upgrade to 7.4.1) appearently by mistake.
