testing/asterisk: disable asterisk ssl wrapper for now
Seems that uclibc does not work nice with the wrapper for some reason.
Likely some bug in RTLD_NEXT handling.
Justification for ssl wrapper is at:
https://reviewboard.asterisk.org/r/1006/
But since it's new feature, we just leave it disabled until we get it
fixed with uclibc.
