Revert "main/clang: link dynamically with LLVM"
This reverts commit 5abf2d291e5569eb1487d7465c2711609c15806e.
I don't know why, but it breaks clang:
$ clang --version
: CommandLine Error: Option 'aarch64-ccmp' registered more than once!
LLVM ERROR: inconsistency in registered CommandLine options
