Add --enable-debug configure option. It enables -g which was
already set by abuild since -dbg is there. But more importantly
this will enable CFI unwind info for assembly sources, so this
makes the unwind info in -dbg package complete.

Before this change:
$ dabuild sh
$ sudo apk add speedtest-cli >/dev/null && speedtest-cli --version
env: can't execute 'python': No such file or directory

Traceback (most recent call last):

it leaves a broken shebang first line. setup.py already installs a

I'd rather not make fwupd hard-depend on elogind, but it's important
here, since elogind is required for fwupd to build its dbus daemon,
which we need for GNOME Software and KDE Discover

Executing busybox-1.31.1-r14.trigger
OK: 278 MiB in 74 packages
Usage: pyrsa-verify [options] public_key signature_file
Verifies a signature, exits with status 0 upon success, prints an error
message and exits with status 1 upon error.
Options:
-h, --help show this help message and exit
-i INPUT, --input=INPUT
Name of the file to verify. Reads from stdin if not
specified.
--keyform=KEYFORM Key format of the public key - default PEM
The above commands were run inside docker-abuild with `dabuild sh`.
The change is required because `/usr/bin/pyrsa-verify` includes the line:
from pkg_resources import load_entry_point
That means that py3-setuptools is required at runtime:
$ python3 -c 'import pkg_resources; print(pkg_resources.__file__)'
/usr/lib/python3.8/site-packages/pkg_resources/__init__.py
$ apk info -q -W /usr/lib/python3.8/site-packages/pkg_resources/__init__.py
