This follows a reorganzation of WireGuard repos and tarballs after being
merged to net-next.

Salt is not compattible with Python 3.8 yet[0], so salt-minion is broken on
Alpine Linux since v3.10.
Patch the grain code to be compattible with Python 3.8.

version (https://repmgr.org/docs/5.0/release-5.0.html), so it's needed
to be actually usable with the PostgreSQL in v3.11.
