	* config/s390/linux.h (TARGET_BINDS_LOCAL_P): Define to
	default_binds_local_p_2.
	* config/arm/linux-elf.h (TARGET_BINDS_LOCAL_P): Likewise.
	* config/aarch64/aarch64-linux.h (TARGET_BINDS_LOCAL_P): Likewise.
