init: imporve boot option handling
If <variable> is secified as boot option we define:
KOPT_<variable>=yes
If no<variable> is specified as boot option we define:
KOPT_<variable>=no
This way we can properly handle kernel cmdlines like:
quiet noquiet
and
nodma dma
The last specified variable will win.
While we are here we also:
* use KOPT_modules rather than handle those special
* try deal with multiple console=tty* properly used with serial consoles
