Fixed makefiles inclusion flow to pass actual configuration variable values.
Test build system modified to be similar to uClibc one:
* test custom logic moved from Makefile to a new Makefile.in (to be included
by Makefile).
* Makefile same for all tests and just used for including all other needed
makefiles.

Basically trailing whitespaces removal, fix non standard keywords
asm -> __asm__ inline -> __inline__ and some minor changes on trunk.

NPTL sh4 port build and work fine. All committed to allow Khem Ray working on a working branch to integrate the ARM nptl port. MIPS nptl port not tested but should still building and working fine. rm.patch:
* Define $(RM) as rm -f in Rules.mak and test/Rules.mak
(this is the same definition as gmake uses by default).
* Change all occurrences of rm and rm -f into $(RM).
