Alpine Linux 3.9.6 and 3.10.5 released

The Alpine Linux project is pleased to announce the immediate
availability of version 3.9.6 and 3.10.5 of its Alpine Linux operating system.
Those releases include an important security fix for openssl [CVE-2020-1967](https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/issues/11429).
