main/ctags: explicitly depend on python for check
Python is already implicitly installed due to py3-docutils, thus no
pkgrel bump. Without python installed the build system will use the
shell script misc/units to run unit tests instead of misc/units.py.
Unfortunately, this shell script is not compatible with busybox ash.
