community/ocamlbuild: rebuild against ocaml
This should fix ocaml-camlp4 build error:

Error: /usr/lib/ocaml/ocamlbuild/ocamlbuild_plugin.cmi
is not a compiled interface for this version of OCaml.
It seems to be for a newer version of OCaml.
