testing/outils: don't depend on mcpp
cpp(1) is only used by calendar(1) furthermore the required command line
flags are incompatible with mcpp(1) therefore gcc needs to be installed
optionally since it ships cpp(1).
So if you want to use calendar(1) just install gcc.
