community/py3-pytest-cov: disable checkdepends
Checks were already disabled, so no need to install the checkdepends.
This is an issue, because there is a circular dependency:
py3-setuptools_scm -> py3-pip -> py3-distro -> py3-pytest-cov ->
(checkdepends) py3-pytest-xdist -> py3-pytest-forked -> py3-pytest_scm
So removing the checkdepends breaks this circular dependency
