core/uclibc++: fix it so it works
- added missing config
- set prefix to /usr since we will only support one version of gcc.
- added g++ as makedepends and runtime depends for uclibc++-dev.
- g++-uc moved to -dev
How to use it:
export CXX=g++-uc
Should be set in all APKBUILDs that needs to be linked to uclibc++.
