main/gcc: upgrade to 4.9.2, drop uclibc support

 * refresh gentoo esp patches
 * split alpine specific esp changes to nice patch
 * update musl, poison-system-directories and cloog-dl patches
 * rebase our ada-musl and ada-no-pie patches
 * remove unneeded patches (bugs fixed upstream, and uclibc patches)
