main/weechat: add missing dependency
add zlib-dev as a dependency to fix build error:
CMake Error at cmake/FindPackageHandleStandardArgs.cmake:91 (MESSAGE):
Could NOT find ZLIB (missing: ZLIB_LIBRARY ZLIB_INCLUDE_DIR)
