main/pidgin: disable and split stuff
- disable audio/video, it does not work anyway
- disable dbus support. no know application uses it and it can generate
lots of events if you have many noisy chat channels
- split avahi, ymsg, xmpp and others. To avoid installing stuff that
will be unused.
