community/salt: fix install_if definitions for openrc subpgs
The install_if definitions for the openrc subpackages contain an invalid
definition of the 'parrent' package due to an missing 'r'.
This causes the openrc subpackages to be installed whenever openrc is
installed.
Fix it by add the missing 'r'.
