main/scons: fix shebang line
Before this change:
$ dabuild sh
$ sudo apk add scons >/dev/null && scons --version
env: can't execute 'python': No such file or directory
After this change:
$ dabuild sh
$ sudo apk add scons >/dev/null && scons --version
