main/imagemagick: version upgrage to 6.9.5-0
-Adds libxml2 as build dep. to fix bug #5445.
-Minor clean op of APKBUILD file.
-Upgrades from 6.9.4-1 to 6.9.4-8. This version removes
the https handler for identify(1) due to CVE-2016-3714
