community/greenbone-security-assistant: fix files in /usr/etc/
gsa uses "${CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX}/etc/default" and
"${CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX}/etc/logrotate.d" as default unless otherwise
specified which resulted in the files being installed in /usr/etc/
instead of in /usr
