community/open-vm-tools: remove redundand/unused makedepends and flags
Flag --enable-xmlsec1 was added in 6413d57449d77bb2f9af64f3da33b28630b501d8
as part of the package upgrade, without any explanation.
No open-vm-tools' library or program is linked against libxmlsec1.
./configure --help and sources suggests that it's used for vgauth
component that is currently not enabled.
