scripts/mkimg.arm.sh: cleanup rpi config and update initramfs
- config: remove dwc_otg.lpm_enable as 0 is default
- initramfs: remove ext4 f2fs as boot partition needs to be fat32
- initramfs: remove raid and scsi
- initramfs: add dhcp and https for netboot when drivers are buildin
