Revert "main/cairo: enable GL surface backend"
This is to break the circular dependency:
gobject-introspection -> cairo -> mesa -> libdrm -> udev ->
gobject-introspection
Long time solution is probably let cairo do the introspection stuff
itself rather than gobject-introspection doing it.
