+Subject: [PATCH] Fix trimming of empty comments

+For example this .editorconfig:
+
+```
+; Lorem ipsum
+;
+; dolor sit amet
+
+root = true
+```
+
+is parsed incorrectly:
+
+s:parse_properties(...)  -> [], {}
+  s:trim(...)  -> [';', 'root = true']
+    s:remove_comment(';')  -> ';'
+
+This commit fixes this issue.
